He is a general practitioner focussing on small companies and partnerships. He first qualified at Butterworth Jones before moving to Price Waterhouse in Bristol. He then became Assistant Group Accountant for the Evening Post Group. He finally returned to Butterworth Jones, where he has worked for over 30 years. Di qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst and Young LLP following her graduation from Loughborough University with a BSc (Hons) Degree in Accounting and Financial Management. During her time with Ernst and Young LLP, Di worked on large corporate audits, including Orange, Somerfield and Hanson, as well as six months within their corporate finance department on mergers and acquisitions.
